Before installing Internet TV & Radio Player, you should install Microsoft Media Player and Real Player first. I recommend installing this codec pack which contained most of the media codec :  K_Lite_Codec_Pack_

Some older vision of win xp do not contain NET Framework Version 2 which is required to run the software just download from microsoft.com which is free.
